Is your rental in an HOA? No Problem! We will work with your HOA to ensure communication does not fail. If the tenant receives a notice of violation or a fine, we will ensure the fine is paid by the tenant (not you) and help to get them back into compliance with the community.
We have made paying rent easy for our tenants! Our tenant portal allows them to pay online and receive monthly rent reminders. We send immediate follow-ups for nonpayment (on the 4th of each month). We typically send out the owner distributions on the 10th of each month.
