We charge a low percentage of monthly gross income.  We do not have any start-up or “add-on” fees that charge you more just when you need us the most like many of our competitors.  We feel strongly that our “we don’t get paid until you do” approach is a key to maintaining balance and trust.   And by constantly monitoring the current rental rates and trends we ensure that we are doing everything possible to both minimize vacancies and maximize rental income. 

We have no start-up fees and provide comprehensive monthly statements. Our monthly financials also include a personalized update letter keeping you apprised of the status of your investment. 

We feel strongly that property management, when done properly, will save you money and not be just another added expense.
